About Tawnya

Tawnya draws on over a decade of integrated approaches to holistic skincare, energy healing, yoga, breathwork along with other modalities.

She created Sirona Skin + Soul out of a love for enlightening others through a pure and uncomplicated philosophy of beauty. A place where science, nature and luxury all meet to nourish skin + soul  from the inside and out. She believes the skin tells us what is truly going on whether it is coming from an environmental standpoint, physical, emotional or spiritual level.

She was at a place when she was looking for a new career and was also wanting to correct issues she had been battling with her skin since being a teen. Once she started giving facials and feeling the energy exchange between her and her client she knew there was so much more she needed to learn.  She is always learning new modalities for skin care along with other techniques to help harmonize the body and mind and in turn letting the (largest organ in the body) skin. She is trained in Dr. Vodder Lymphatic massage, Connective tissue massage, many different trainings for Gua Sha and facial reflexology. She has been trained personally by Boldejare and the other amazing trainers at Eminence Organics Skincare.

Along with all her training in skincare, she is a trained foot zone therapist, reiki master, Kundalini yoga instructor, 200hr yoga instructor, breathwork & meditation facilitator, and Past Life Regression Therapist. She is currently studying to become a hypnotherapist and Master Herbalist.

When Tawnya is not in the treatment room she is with her fur babies and husband on their mini homestead (not really, but working on it) playing in the garden here in Snohomish. She is a lover of astrology (Pisces sun, Leo moon, Gemini rising). Guaranteed she is in some sort of mastermind bouncing ideas off other amazing spiritual souls, taking a class, and planning her next trip with her husband or friends.

Why Sirona?

Sirona is a celtic goddess of healing waters and fertility, she is depicted of a serpent wrapped around her carrying two eggs.  Sirona has taken on a different meaning to me 10 years later, and so has the word fertility. It is much more than being able to carry a child, but it also means fruitful and abundance of creation. A serpent, once being creeped out of, now in awe of there wisdom and beauty and how it intertwines with skincare and kundalini yoga, shedding the skin and bringing in the new. In Kundalini the serpent represents the kundalini rising, an image of a  serpent is coiled at the base of the spin and as we awaken to the energy around us and within us the serpent becomes uncoiled up and out the top of the head, known as,  kundalini rising

Holistic Healing Spa in Snohomish, Washington

Tawnya believes bringing theraputic healing modalities together we can really get to the bottom of it, correct the pattern and shine from the inside out, from head to toe.  In turn you may be so happy that you smile at that stranger in the street after leaving Sirona and make their day.
